Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Participate in shaping of Company biz dev strategy
Be responsible for Leads processing after the lead generation stage
Convert Lead to Deals within targeted markets and geographies (US market mainly)
Conduct negotiations aiming to close deals via calls and meetings
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
3+ years of commercial experience in IT sales
Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
Advanced spoken and written English;
Experience in selling IT outstaffing and IT outsourcing services
Excellent self-management skills;
Awareness of the software development lifecycle;
Experience with using social networks for approaching leads
Experience of closing deals;
Proactive behavior and strong initiative;
Knowledge of business correspondence etiquette;
Advanced presentation skills;
Heavy CRM experience
