• Develop and execute the sales strategy in the iGaming segment

• Identify and attract new B2B clients across Tier 1–3 markets

• Conduct C-level presentations and negotiations

• Build and scale a high-performing sales team

• Collaborate on commercial offers, partnership terms, and contracts

• Work closely with marketing, account management, and analytics teams

• Analyze the sales funnel, forecast performance, and achieve KPIs

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience as a Head of Sales or in a similar leadership role

• Proven experience building and scaling sales teams from the ground up

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the iGaming industry

• Strong track record of closing deals and managing partner relationships

• Understanding of retargeting, affiliate, and performance marketing is a strong plus

• Advanced English is required; knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Chinese, or German) is a major advantage

• Willingness to participate in industry conferences, meetings, and calls
