We are seeking a visionary Sales Manager specialized in Mobile Apps Acquisition to lead and evolve our sales strategy, exceed revenue goals, and help shape the future of mobile performance marketing. This role is perfect for a sales manner with a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, and — most importantly — proven experience in S2S/API integrations, particularly with Impact.com and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the Line Manager to establish and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals for the Advertising team
Design and execute innovative sales strategies for CPI, driving revenue targets while offering market-specific expertise and global insights to premier advertisers
Forge strong relationships with clients and advertising partners to fuel sales expansion, negotiate pivotal contracts, and seize new business ventures with current and potential advertisers
Partner with the Affiliate Team to explore and develop additional revenue channels
Efficiently manage a CRM database, ensuring advertiser information is current and accessible
Deliver comprehensive reports detailing sales achievements, campaign analysis, and forecasts to optimize performance and profitability
Represent the organization at global industry events, gathering and sharing insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities for growth
Guide and develop junior staff by providing expert training, information, and counsel to foster their professional growth
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
Fluency in English for global communication
At least 5 years in Sales or Business Development, with a focus on CPI/Mobile Apps Acquisition
In-depth understanding of traffic types, CPI products, and business models
Proven Success of surpassing sales goals in dynamic, target-driven environments
Drive sales strategies, forge profitable partnerships, and smash revenue goals
Proven experience with S2S/API tracking, specifically using Impact.com
Stellar sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
A knack for inspiring and persuading with optimism
Competent in creating reports and analytics using Google Sheets/MS Excel
A commitment to mentor and elevate junior team members
