Producer

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Producer for our client, a publisher of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. The company connects game developers and helps them quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market. 

The new producer’s main task will be to improve the in-game platform (store) and drive Live-Ops development for a project with up to 2 million daily users.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and optimize the in-game platform (store) to increase the conversion rates of paying users and drive revenue growth.

• Improve live-ops features, game economy, and pricing strategies to maximize monetization.

• Oversee the development of new features and tools, collaborating closely with relevant teams.

• Use expertise in designing in-game economies, creating monetization strategies, and understanding what drives player engagement.

• Evaluate and monitor competitors to find new opportunities for product improvement.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience as a Publishing Manager, Publishing Producer, or Live-Ops Producer, ideally in free-to-play games.

• Proven experience in managing and growing live free-to-play games.

• Strongly preferred: experience in developing in-game platforms or stores.

• Solid understanding of game economics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including development and publishing.

• Strategic mindset focused on identifying and increasing monetization opportunities.
