Product Manager

Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game dev, is looking for an experienced Product Manager for our client, a publisher of hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. The company connects game developers and helps them quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market. 

The new product manager’s main task will be to improve the in-game platform (store) for a project with up to 2 million daily users.

• Start by focusing on the development, optimization, and management of the in-game platform (store). Create and implement strategies to improve the platform’s functionality and user experience.

• Oversee content quality and ensure it meets platform standards through curation and moderation.

• Optimize platform economy, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

• Build strong relationships with content creators, and organize events and competitions to support and grow the community.

• Collaborate with development, design, and marketing teams to deliver new features and improvements.

• Research competitors to find new ideas and enhance the platform.

• Use analytics to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Experience as a Product Manager, Producer, or Live-Ops Producer.

• Strongly preferred experience in developing in-game platforms or stores (e-commerce area).

• Solid understanding of economics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strategic mindset focused on identifying and increasing monetization opportunities.
