UI Designer

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are currently seeking a UI Desginer to join our team and contribute to the completion of our AAA console project. As a skilled and experienced designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual journey of our game. Your responsibilities will include designing detailed static mockups, creating icons and badges, and envisioning dynamic screen transitions and UI animations. Working closely with our UI designers and UI Art Director, you will help create a visually cohesive and engaging experience for our players while adhering to our established design language.

Responsibilities:

• Designing detailed static mockups and envisioning their transformation into dynamic in-game UI;

• Conceptualizing, designing, and refining UI elements, icons, and badges;

• Prototyping engaging and intuitive UI animations and screen transitions;

• Collaborating closely with the UI Art Director and fellow UI designers to contribute to the overall visual integrity of the game;

• Consistently applying and adhering to the game's existing design language, ensuring visual cohesion across all elements.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Proven experience as an UI Designer in the gaming industry;

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for design, particularly in complex UI screens;

• Proficiency in Figma;

• Ability to read and contribute to an existing design language;

• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• Ability to deliver high-quality work on schedule in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine's UI development tools, such as UMG and Blueprints;

• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and experience using animation software like Adobe After Effects;

• Practical experience with 3D modeling and texturing software (such as 3ds Max, Blender, Substance, ZBrush, etc).
