На какие задачи (обязанности)?

The job of a UA Manager at Udonis is to manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns on major ad networks for mobile games. This includes:

Creating and managing UA accounts, carrying out creative testing and daily optimizations

Designing and implementing new UA approaches & identifying winning ones

Managing campaigns on several ad networks and developing cross-platform strategies to maximize results

Analyzing live data and making decisions on the go to improve campaign performance

Working with creative directors to provide performance feedback and determine new creative strategies

Communicating updates on progress and results to the clients via chat or calls

Communicating with ad network reps to swiftly resolve issues and/or collaborate on improving campaign performance

2 years of relevant professional experience

Experience with mobile performance marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Ads, IronSource, UnityAds, Vungle, etc.

Strong analytical mind with an ability to analyze data, quickly draw conclusions, and take action

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Strong understanding of ad network bidding systems and algorithms

Strong understanding of ad metrics & KPIs

High attention to detail

Proficiency in the English language, both in speech and writing

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills

Availability in Central European Time
