- Monitor and respond to escalated incidents in production environments
- Maintain Windows/.NET-based workloads
- Participate actively in technical meetings to contribute to solution improvements

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows/Linux administration and network maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting skills in system and network environments
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Good understanding of firewalls and network security
- Basic shell scripting skills
- Any experience with AWS or cloud technologies is a plus (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, WAF)
- Willingness to transition into cloud operations and obtain AWS certification
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical and inventive mindset
- A collaborative team player
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and flexible
- Reliable and responsible in managing tasks and time
