We offer comprehensive training and hands-on experience, guiding you through your development in AWS cloud technologies. As part of this journey, you’ll also become AWS certified.

Please note that this role includes shift work, including some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to escalated incidents in production environments
Maintain Windows/.NET-based workloads
Participate actively in technical meetings to contribute to solution improvements
Maintain clear and accurate infrastructure documentation

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows/Linux administration and network maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills in system and network environments

Technical Skills:

Experience with monitoring tools
Good understanding of firewalls and network security
Basic shell scripting skills
Any experience with AWS or cloud technologies is a plus (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, WAF)
Willingness to transition into cloud operations and obtain AWS certification
Fluent in English

Work Style:

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
