На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Draft long-term and short-term planning

• Prioritize tasks and bugs

• Breakdown and estimate tasks for features

• Manage a team: set goals, hold one-on-ones with team members, create development plans

• Monitor task performance: conduct team meetings, create tasks, provide, assign and set deadlines to fulfill product goals

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in a similar position in GameDev and in-depth knowledge of f2p casual games 

• Understanding of project management processes, planning, performance, monitoring and the development pipeline for game resources.

• Understanding of basic product metrics (CPI, LTV/RPI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU)

• Tech. background: basic app architecture

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Teamwork skills, evaluation and motivation
