Senior User Acquisition Manager

Severex is a mobile casual game development studio, based in Poland.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong grasp of user acquisition strategies, who brings both expertise and creativity to the table.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across various channels

• Focus on performance marketing strategies to scale user growth efficiently

• Manage and scale campaigns on key platforms

• Leverage your deep expertise in Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic and improve ROAS

• Work closely with analytics, product, and creative teams to generate insights and continuously improve campaign performance

• Test new channels and campaign strategies to uncover growth opportunities

• Monitor and analyze key UA metrics, adjust campaigns accordingly, and report on results

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience as a UA Manager, with a strong track record in mobile user acquisition

• Recent hands-on experience working with mobile games for at least 1 year

• Experience with Puzzle games and ad-based monetization is a strong advantage

• Deep expertise in Google Ads

• Solid experience running campaigns across major ad networks: Facebook, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, Moloco

• Experience working with Rewarded Video networks (e.g., Unity Ads, AdMob, IronSource) will be a big plus
