Senior animator

Playwing is a video game developer and publisher founded in 2017. Our teams, guided by industry veterans, are motivated and passionate on a daily basis to create quality productions, engaging and fun experiences to players of all platforms.

We’re looking for a talented senior animator to bring the characters in our new production to life. This unannounced project is an action/adventure game for all PC & console platforms. The project requires the creation of realistic, credible and quality movements. As a senior animator, you will have experience in both key frame animation and motion capture, and will already have experience on action games.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

— Work with the Art Director and Lead Animator to define the visual direction of the game’s characters and develop the game’s animations.
— Produce high-quality, ambitious animations, with or without motion capture sources
— Work closely with the design team and developers to define the needs of the production pipeline, work on its implementation and constant improvement.
— Collaborate with the creative team to facilitate integration and gameplay adjustments
— Animate assets for use in the game
— Develop and animate cinematics with solid camera compositions
— Develop a qualitative review process

Какого профессионала ищем?

— 4-5 years of commercial experience.
— Highly skilled in keyframe animation of realistic creatures and humanoids.
— Creation of high-quality animations.
— Comfortable animating cinematics as well as in-game and menu cycles.
— Mastery of 3DS Max or Maya.
— Experience in motion capture.
— Understanding of the interplay between animations and gameplay.
— Rig / skin skills.
— Knowledge of UE5.
— Good knowledge of anatomy.
— You have already worked on and shipped AAA or AA+.
— Knowledge of the video game production flow and its constraints
— You’re a team player with good communication skills and enjoy multi-skilling.
— You like fantasy, horror and fighting games.
— Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
