Mid Level Animator

Hekate is a upcoming indie studio from Berlin with Double AA ambitions founded in 2019. Our team of 15 people are currently working on our first title Ad Infinitum which will be released worldwide for all current consoles and PC.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

As mid level 3D animator you take responsibility and ownership of all animation aspects of the project. You support the team with high quality key framed gameplay animations, cutscenes, RIGs.

Tasks:

• Creating keyframes animations for gameplay and cutscenes.

• Planing of all relevant animations, including storyboards and reviews using syncsketch.

• Implementing gameplay animations and cutscenes into Unreal Engine 4

• Coordinating with internal and external animators.

• Close collaboration with the in house Design- Art- and Sound Department.

• Constantly improving and advocating the in house pipeline.

• Delivering timely and high-quality results.

• Actively seeking out, incorporating and providing feedback to and from the team.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Highly skilled in Maya

• Good knowledge of UE4

• Exceptional feeling for movements and timing

• Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 animation pipeline

• Expert knowledge of Maya

• Deep understanding of the sequencer in UE4

• Fluid spoken and written communication skills in English

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• At least 3 – 5 years of experience in 3D Animation for console or PC games

• At least two commercial projects created in UE4

• Experience with creature animations

• Bachelor level education in a related field (f.e. computer science)
