Lead QA Engineer (Clockmaker)

We are currently seeking a skilled Lead QA Engineer with a background in game development. We'd like to see a specialist who can confidently maintain our course of continuous improvement of our product's quality and keep up with our busy schedule and active rhythm of development. 

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Directly participating in product testing

• Defining and controlling task/project testing quality indicators

• Developing testing rules and maintaining high standards

• Managing the QA team (Manual & Automation)

• Distributing test tasks among team members and controlling their implementation

• Record-keeping for the QA department (including test cases and checklists)

• Preparing the product for release

• Leading the project—constant readiness to provide a full and clear report on the status of the project, plus risk analysis

• Participating in the estimation and planning of tasks for the latest release version

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the game development sphere

• Experience leading a QA team with 10+ members

• Experience producing KPIs and team development plans

• Experience producing test documentation

• 3+ years of experience testing apps on mobile devices

• Thorough understanding of the processes and life cycle of mobile game development

• Experience interacting with automation teams

• Excellent self-organization and work-planning skills

• Experience selecting strategies and setting up testing processes

• Knowledge of SQL, experience with databases

• Experience with A/B tests and monetization

• Experience with Git and CI/ID systems

• Experience with Charles / Fiddler / Swagger

What we'd like:

• Love of mobile games

• Ability to read XML and JSON

• Knowledge of MongoDB (queries must be written often)

• Experience analyzing testing effectiveness

• Ability to localize problems based on statistical data

• Experience developing work processes with test management systems (TestRail)

• Experience with task management systems (Asana)

• Experience with Android debug bridge, iMobileDevice
