In the role of Inventory Manager, you will be vital to our operations, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our physical inventory. Your tasks involve planning, implementing, and reconciling full physical inventories and cycle count processes. You will collaborate closely with internal team members to devise strategies that boost efficiency, service quality, and reduce discrepancies. Your work will help advance regional excellence and contribute to Aristocrat's global accomplishments.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing inventory team, fostering a culture of excellence by motivating and coaching staff to improve performance and enhance capabilities.

  • Manage direct reports' performance, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and conducting accurate, timely, and meaningful reviews.

  • Develop and implement inventory benchmarks to enhance departmental performance and ensure alignment with operational strategies across safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

  • Oversee inventory teams in Australia, New Zealand, Macau, and the Philippines, developing and formalizing cycle count plans to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Uncover primary factors contributing to inventory discrepancies and lead efforts to ensure accurate reconciliations in the APAC region and Australia Field Services.

  • Oversee the development of service inventory auto-replenishments and the launch of Field Services Hub setup, including periodic inventory replenishment reviews.

  • Supervise the examination and endorsement of inventory journals following the APAC region's authorization matrix.

  • Engage in SLOB Review Forum and drive actions to minimize obsolescence.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), product launches, gaming shows, and off-site audits from an inventory perspective.

  • Manage engineering change requests, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies.

  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of inventory systems, processes, and procedures to meet ISO requirements.

  • Implement ERP systems with minimal disruption, focusing on system enhancements to optimize efficiency.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by actively engaging in safety initiatives and promoting a safety culture.

  • Cultivate strong connections with internal collaborators, supervising the resolution of stock discrepancies, material shortages, and outdated inventory problems.

  • Facilitate inventory audits with internal and external financial partners and provide inventory reporting packs as required.

  • Develop and implement reporting dashboards post-ERP launch to easily track and report benchmark performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory processes through standard methodologies and strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field of study.

  • Demonstrated ability in an inventory managerial role.

  • Evidence of expertise in supply chain operations and leading efforts for improvement.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, CRM, and ERP systems.

  • Hands-on experience with inventory management systems and a deep understanding of inventory processes and systems.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead staff.

  • Strong understanding of financial and commercial manufacturing competence.

  • Proactive critical thinker with strong attention to detail and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
