Head of SEO

Our team is constantly growing, and we're looking for new talents to collaborate with. Currently, we are seeking an experienced and driven Head of SEO to lead the SEO strategy. This is a key leadership role with full ownership of SEO performance across multiple markets and products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead both in-house and outsourced specialists, and play a crucial role in driving organic growth in highly competitive niches.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies tailored to high-competition Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets;

• Manage and grow SEO teams (in-house and outsourced), ensuring top performance and collaboration;

• Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and user engagement;

• Collaborate with product, content, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all initiatives;

• Conduct regular audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth;

• Oversee implementation of technical SEO fixes and improvements;

• Own key SEO metrics and reporting, driving decision-making with data.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 1+ year of experience in a Head of SEO / SEO Lead position;

• Hands-on experience in the Gambling / iGaming industry — must-have;

• Strong understanding of SEO strategies for highly competitive markets (Tier 1 / Tier 2);

• Proven leadership and team management experience (internal and/or external teams);

• Excellent knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, etc.;

• Solid understanding of technical SEO and the impact of product functionality on search visibility;

• Analytical mindset with experience in building and presenting data-driven reports;

• Proficient in English — comfortable with both communication and analysis in English-speaking markets.

Will be a plus:

• Experience launching new projects and scaling them from scratch;

• Familiarity with link-building strategies, affiliate SEO, and white-label platforms;

• Deep knowledge of user behavior, SERP dynamics, and gambling-specific compliance considerations.
