На какие задачи (обязанности)?

In this role you work on all live operations activities for all of Bytro’s live games. You work closely with all game teams, customer support and other departments to determine and execute the live operation roadmap, manage live operational activities, analyze and monitor the necessary KPIs. 

• Analyze product KPIs to continuously iterate on live operation (e.g. events, promotions, specials), feature development and balancing 

• Design and pitch new live operation activities with game teams - and execute on them.

• Work with different teams to drive monetization strategies, increase efficiency and revenue

• Enhance current tooling and optimize workflows

• Monitor trends and benchmarks in order to set monetization best practices
