Game Designer (Midcore, Merge Autobattler)

Hi! We’re Top App Games, a young team of mobile gamedev professionals with years of experience and multiple globally launched F2P titles behind us.

We’re developing LUDUS our new project, a fantasy tactical merge autobattler, and we’re looking for a skilled Game Designer to join our team and help bring this ambitious project to life.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Design and develop new game mechanics;

• Maintain and update design documentation;

• Balance combat systems and in-game economy;

• Design the campaign: difficulty curves, enemy and reward balance.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Understanding of midcore games and their audience;

• Knowledge of F2P monetization models (in-app purchases, ads) and industry trends;

• Familiarity with key game analytics metrics;

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas;

• Technical literacy: Unity, Git, Google Sheets.
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience working on autobattlers;

• Balancing experience in midcore projects;

• Background in mathematics or engineering;

• Experience with task management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
