Experienced AI Automation Engineer

We are an independent group of mobile game developers working remotely across several countries, with over two years of active experience in creating and shipping creative projects.

Our flagship project is currently under NDA, but we can share that we are also developing several mini-games, including a rhythm-based mobile game where players tap and swipe in sync with the music, built with cutting-edge tools and AI integration.
We combine AI-driven automation, lean remote workflows, and a flat team structure to maximize speed and creativity. This allows us to deliver faster without compromising quality.

We are privately financed, maintain low overhead costs, and have a clear production roadmap. This ensures stability and continuous development. Joining now means becoming part of the core team before launch, with the opportunity to grow together.

Main business purpose of this role

To identify, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions that increase efficiency, reduce manual workload, and accelerate game development cycles.

Tasks the specialist will have to solve

• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.

• Develop and integrate AI agents for tasks ranging from documentation to visual testing.

• Assist in automating mobile game test cases.

• Research and apply AI tools for 2D and 3D asset generation.

• Create easy-to-follow instructions and video tutorials for the team.

• Continuously propose new automation ideas to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage AI-driven workflows.

• Train team members on new AI tools and processes.

• Ensure automation solutions are stable, secure, and scalable.

• Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and testers to implement AI solutions that align with project goals.

Required experience

• Proven track record of implementing AI-based automation in real projects (games, apps, or other digital products).

• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows for production teams.

Required skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.

• Understanding of automation pipelines in creative and technical environments.

• Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Required program/tools/language knowledge

• Familiarity with AI automation platforms (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, Zapier, Make, n8n).

• Knowledge of AI image/video generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway).

• Experience with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and similar collaboration tools.

• Basic scripting or programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience in mobile game development.

• Knowledge of Unity automation tools.

• Understanding of QA automation for mobile apps.

• Creative background in 2D/3D graphics or animation.
