Such users cannot be dealt with alone; therefore, we are looking for a part-time Customer Support Manager.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Working with reviews in stores and social networks;

• Working with HelpShift platform;

• Timely responses to players and communication with them;

• Data collection on technical problems, based on player feedback;

• Reports preparation on the collected information.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Experience in product or technical support for at least 1 year;

• Experience in compiling case studies to respond to player requests;

• Experience in collecting a Knowledge Base for a project and keeping it up to date;

• Fluency in English (C1+).
