In Krakow, Rosetta employs young and passionate professionals focused on delivering high-quality games for casino devices all over the world. Rosetta Gaming is looking for an exceptional Art Director to help us push the artistic vision and development of casino games.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Proactively collaborate with the studio management team to determine studio strategy, set team goals, and shepherd the art team

• Mentor and help develop artists and team leads

• Oversee direction of in-game art assets, including characters, backgrounds, objects, UI, visual effects and animations

• Provide work direction, performance reviews, and coaching to artists

• Actively support the art department by sharing best practices, elevating art direction

• Meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience as a Lead Artist, Supervisor, or Art Director

• Deep understanding of human and creature anatomy, color theory, values, form, shape language and silhouette

• Able to effectively collaborate with other artists, producers and programmers

• Thrives in a collaborative work culture

• Ability to explore a wide variety of ideas

• A passion for games
