На какие задачи (обязанности)?

Role scope   

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented 2D Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of high-quality 2D assets for mobile and online games. You’ll work closely with supervisors, technical artists, and project managers to ensure visuals align with project requirements, technical standards, and established styles.

Responsibilities

● Asset Creation: Design 2D game materials such as icons, UI elements, logos, pop-ups, banners, and backgrounds.

● Consistent Visual Style: Produce art assets that strictly follow briefs and style guides, maintaining a unified visual identity.

● Promo & In-Game Art: Create promotional graphics and game visuals for various screen sizes and platforms.

● Unity Integration Prep: Prepare final graphics for technical artists with an understanding of optimization and atlas creation for Unity.

● Feedback Implementation: Refine and adjust visuals based on feedback from clients or supervisors.

Hard skills and qualifications       

● Portfolio Required: Demonstrated experience with 2D game assets, UI, logos, and marketing materials.

● Art Fundamentals: Solid understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and perspective.

● Photoshop Mastery: Expert in Adobe Photoshop, using blending modes, masks, layer styles,and color corrections.

● Drawing Skills: Ability to draw by hand and with a graphics tablet is a strong advantage.

● Style Flexibility: Skilled in adapting to and replicating different artistic styles.

● Typography: Proficient in working with fonts, especially volume text, headers, and logos.

● UI Understanding: Familiar with UI/UX principles in games.

● AI Proficiency: Confident in using AI tools efficiently—combining models, prepping inputs, and enhancing outputs.

● Reference Use: Actively searches for inspiration and applies references effectively.

Nice to Have

● 3D Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D packages (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max) is a plus.

● Industry Experience: 1+ year in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.

● Language Skills: English - proficiency
