Senior Unity3D Developer

Gameteq is a game developer that specializes in creating high-quality mid-core 4X strategy games for both mobile and PC platforms.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Unity3D Developer to take ownership of the front-end development of new mobile RPG game.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and performant gameplay systems, tools, and core features using Unity and C#.

• Collaborate with game designers, UI/UX designers, and artists to bring interactive concepts to life.

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, best practices, and continuous refactoring.

• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and load times for various platforms including mobile, PC, and console.

• Integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., analytics, ad networks, in-app purchases, multiplayer solutions).

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical planning.

• Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.

• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering technical growth within the team.

• Stay current with Unity updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of professional experience developing interactive applications and/or games with Unity.

• Expert-level proficiency in C# and Unity’s scripting API.

• Strong understanding of game architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Proven experience in delivering at least one commercially released title.

• Proficient in profiling, debugging, and optimizing code for memory and performance.

• Experience with source control systems such as Git.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
