3D Environment Artist (Photoreal)

Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Create modular environment kits (walls, floors, props) for building game levels;

• Ensure assets follow visual direction, scale, and performance budgets;

• Collaborate with level designers to ensure kits are efficient and reusable;

• Maintain consistency across materials, lighting, and detail levels;

• Interpret concept art and location briefs into 3D environments.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;

• Solid knowledge of modeling and texturing software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter);

• Experience with tiled textures and trim sheets;

• Full understanding of the PBR workflow;

• Experience working with Unreal Engine 5.x, including scene setup, importing assets, and applying materials;

• Ability to create high-quality, optimized assets for real-time environments;

• Understanding of modular environment design principles;

• Familiarity with baking techniques (normal maps, ambient occlusion);

• Basic knowledge of lighting and post-processing in game engines;

• B1+ English level.
