Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in game development and is currently looking for an experienced Middle 3D Modeller for a new top-down shooter. As the sole 3D artist at the start, you will be responsible for creating the project’s visual foundation – characters, environments, weapons, and props – and for establishing a scalable 3D production pipeline for the team in the future.
Our client is a publisher of hybrid-casual games, their team helps game developers quickly test their projects on a live audience, develop the game, and release it to the market.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?
Close collaboration with the producer, developer, and game designer to create high-quality 3D models of characters, weapons, and environment objects;
Organisation and control of the 3D content production pipeline in a top-down shooter mobile project;
Developing, supporting, and controlling the visual style of the 3D models produced;
Creating Hi/Lo models of characters and objects in accordance with references and concepts;
Overseeing the final implementation of models in the game;
Compiling and maintaining up-to-date art and technical documentation for the project;
Creating textures and materials (PBR approach);
Configuring UV unwraps and basic shaders;
Preparing assets for integration into Unity.
Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?
3+ years of experience as a 3D modeller in the game industry;
Proficiency in 3ds max/Maya/Blender, ZBrush;
Strong texturing skills (Substance Painter/Designer, Photoshop);
Understanding of principles of optimising 3D content for game engines;
Experience with moderate stylisation;
Understanding of the process of baking textures from high-polygon models;
Ability to sense proportions and read concepts;
Proficient work with UV unwrapping;
Portfolio required.
Desired:
Art education;
Strong knowledge of anatomy;
Experience with Unity3D, understanding of shader principles;
Understanding of skinning principles;
Experience with version control systems (Git/SVN).
