To improve our current results and reach new heights, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Lead Unity Developer.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Technical Support for Projects:

• Development of games on Unity for mobile platforms iOS and Android.

• Optimization of products (RAM, build size, FPS).

• Participation in task planning and the creation of technical documentation.

Technical Consulting and Project Development:

• Making decisions regarding architecture and code quality.

• Monitoring technical tasks and project metrics.

• Supporting mini-teams in integrating SDKs and other technical aspects.

• Implementing and developing new technologies and tools in the development process.

Team Management:

• Building trustful relationships within the team and ensuring effective communication.

• Participating in planning, estimating timelines, and task distribution.

• Addressing technical debt in projects.

• Forming a team with consideration of the company’s strategic goals.

Employee Development:

• Conducting 1-to-1 meetings with developers.

• Performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

• Creating individual development plans and providing mentorship.

• Organizing training events to enhance the team’s qualifications.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in Unity and C# development (5+ years).

• Understanding of game mechanics design principles and experience in creating game systems.

• Experience in optimization and working with mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with analytical tools and A/B testing in games.

• Attention to detail and critical thinking.

• Ability to prioritize and focus on achieving results.

• Proactivity and independence.

• Skills in managing technical teams and projects.

• Mentorship and training skills for colleagues.
