Brave Zebra is a video games outsourcing studio focused on helping indie games, game entrepreneurs, and publishers, reach their goals. We are located in Valencia, Spain and since 2013 we have been working with international clients from the USA, Canada, the UK, France, Italy, Singapore, and Denmark, among others.

Specializing in the game industry, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including Porting, 2D/3D art assets, QA, Localization, Audio, or even a full-cycle videogame production.

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Take complete ownership of all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to negotiation and closing.

  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of the Game Industry.

  • Identify and address customers’ needs effectively.

  • Provide project estimation and deliver compelling commercial offers presentations.

  • Negotiate, conclude contracts, and manage billing processes.

  • Ensure ongoing support and effective account management for clients.

  • Develop and nurture long-term trusted relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Utilize CRM and work tracking systems for relevant sales reporting and forecasting.

  • Attend conferences, events, and summits (both online and offline).

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • At least two years of experience in sales/business development.

  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in advanced English.

  • Excellent time management and planning skills, with a strong commitment to tasks.

  • High level of responsibility and ability to multitask.

What is important for us in a person?
  • In-depth knowledge of the Game Industry, including technologies and competitors.

  • Experience in game outsourcing.

  • Passion for games.
