User Acquisition Specialist

Elephant Games is an international gaming company whose history began in 2003. Over this time, we have released over 100 hidden object games on PC, Mac, and Android. The geography of our team ranges from India to Argentina. Currently, we are actively working on creating our own IPs, experimenting with different genres, mechanics, and monetization models.

We are looking for Middle/Senior User Acquisition Specialist.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Setting up, launching, and managing advertising campaigns to drive app traffic through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Unity, and other platforms.

• Tracking the performance of advertising campaigns and optimizing them.

• Preparing and automating reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Generating and documenting traffic hypotheses as tasks, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing results.

• Testing hypotheses to reduce traffic acquisition costs.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns in Firebase and AppsFlyer.

• Achieving set business goals and metrics.

• Performing App Store Optimization (ASO) when necessary.

• Developing technical specifications for creatives and ads.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in User Acquisition.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, with deep knowledge of ad platforms and marketing strategies.

• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and methods.

• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

• Сonversational skills in Russian.
