Trainee / Junior Researcher - Analyst

AIstats is an innovative ecosystem of football products, combining advanced big data analysis and computer vision technologies. Our goal is to enhance football understanding for fans and create new game analysis opportunities for professionals.
 

We are a fast-growing team of 20 people based in Poland. Recently, we secured investments from Google executives and leading mobile company founders, which helped us increase our company’s value fourfold in the past year.
 

Our products:

• AIstats Mobile App – a consumer product for fans and bettors, which has already reached 100K MAU since its launch in September.

• AIstats Data Solutions – analytics tools powered by ML models and computer vision technologies, helping clubs and scouts make more informed decisions.

Job overview:

We are currently looking for a Trainee / Junior Researcher-Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about analysis, research, and the football industry. The candidate will work closely with the product and business teams to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

• Perform operational tasks such as data collection, structuring, and validation to support ongoing projects.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis, as well as ad hoc research for strategic decision-making.

• Work with databases to collect, process, and analyze data.

• Perform operational tasks related to product development and enhancement.

• Assist in preparing analytical reports and recommendations.

• Support the team with data-driven insights for business and product growth.

• Assist in the automation of routine research and analysis processes.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 1+ years of experience in analytics, auditing, consulting (BIG4, consulting, FMCG), or other data-driven roles.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships.

• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and effectively engaging in teamwork.

• Systematic approach to work, ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Experience in writing analytical reports and formulating data-driven recommendations.

• Ability to process large volumes of information and extract structured insights.

• Fluent in Russian and at least B1-level English.
