L3D Studio is a company specializing in creating 3D models of military equipment for AAA games. We have created over 500 different models of military equipment for well-known projects such as War Thunder, World of Tanks, Armored Warfare, and others. Our specialists are regularly invited to television programs as experts in military technology. Some of them have their own developments in tank building, showcased at international defense exhibitions.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

L3D Responsibilities:

Creating textures for equipment for AAA games;
Collaboration with the modeling team;
Communicating with clients to clarify requirements and provide updates;
Distributing tasks within the team to ensure efficient workflow;
Reviewing texture artists' work before submitting it to the client;
Training texture artists when transitioning to a new project.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in texturing equipment;
- A portfolio is required;
- Proficient, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Maya (basic) - must have;
- Basic knowledge of 3D Max and Substance Designer;
- Organization, excellent communication skills, willingness to learn;
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and effectively organize the team;
- Mentorship of team members, fostering their creative growth;
