Rabbit Games is a growing development studio delivering premium co-dev services to global partners. As we scale our production capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Producer with strong experience in console certification (TRC/XR) to help us manage complex client projects and ensure delivery at the highest standards.

Lead and coordinate development pipelines across multi-platform projects
Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Manage schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies
Oversee the preparation and submission of builds for console certification (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo)
Serve as Compliance Manager for client projects, ensuring platform requirements are met
Work closely with QA, Dev, and Publishing teams to handle all pre-submission and submission processes
Support strategic planning and contribute to improving internal production processes

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in game production, preferably in co-dev or multi-studio/team environments
Proven track record of managing full development cycles and platform submissions
Deep knowledge of TRC/XR compliance processes (Sony, Xbox, Nintendo)
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
B2 in English (spoken and written)
Passion for games and understanding of team dynamics in a production environment
