Release Manager

tinyBuild is looking for a full-time Release Manager based in a central-european time zone or close. As a Release Management, you will be responsible for coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely releases of our titles across desktop, console and mobile platforms.

We expect you to be an avid gamer, highly knowledgeable in the field of release management, and passionate at the idea of being a key link in our value-chain aimed at releasing great games.

This is a hybrid position, meaning that you can either work remotely or relocate to one of our offices in Europe (in Netherlands or in Latvia).

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Act as an expert in submission processes for first party platforms.

• Work with production to determine release dates, regions, price point, and languages.

• Coordinate and execute the efforts of the content submission cycle, ensuring smooth and timely communication among stakeholders.

• Generate documentation and lessons learned in order to improve our RM process and  grow our internal knowledge base.

• Coordinate between platform holders and production for any pre-release marketing asset.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2-5 years experience as a Release Manager.

• Shipped at least 2 games on Android and iOS as a release manager.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and work on tight deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently without micromanagement.

• Detail oriented with very strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Some experience with console(s) and PC submission & backend would be a plus.

• Familiarity with the ESRB long-form submission process would be a plus.
