Volmi - A Virtuos Studio is a Ukrainian company, part of the global game development company Virtuos, specializing in creating art for games. We cooperate with the gaming industry’s leaders, participate in the creation of world-class projects and continue to grow our talented team.
We invite an experienced Recruiter to join our team and conquer new heights with us.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

- perform full-cycle recruiting (from sourcing relevant candidates to hiring);
- prepare job descriptions and post jobs;
- provide candidates with test tasks and timely feedback;
- conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods;
- partner closely and effectively with hiring managers and team leads at all stages of searching and selecting candidates;
- analyze the job market (vacancies, trends, etc);
- participate in HR activities (onboarding, reviews).

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

- 1+ year of experience in the same role;
- successfully closed technical, art, and game dev positions;
- a clear vision of all stages of the recruitment process;
- excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the Polish talent market;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;
- Ukrainian language will be a plus.
