На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Manage full cycle hiring process (search, select, and headhunt suitable candidates in accordance with the Job Description and Recruitment process);

• Create and post job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media channels, and the LinkedIn platform;

• Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports;

• Create a competitive pipeline of highly qualified professionals for current and future staffing needs;

• Source passive and active candidates via various sources.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Strong expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles;

• Deep understanding of search strategies, knowledge of tools, desire to learn and try new ones;

• Experience of candidate search techniques through networking and job boards;

• High level of ownership and ability to drive recruitment processes independently;

• Gaming industry experience is a must;

• Excellent Russian and English language skills;

• Strong presentation and communication skills;

• Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company); 

• Experience making hires in EU and within EU.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ATS; 

• Experience of candidate search techniques through social media, applicant tracking systems, Github, etc.
