R&D Engineer (Animation)

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 250+ of us spread over 5 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join one of our Research & Development Teams. R&D Core turns research prototypes into robust, maintainable code designed to reinforce UFL core gameplay mechanics.

In this role, you will investigate, analyze and make recommendations regarding technology improvements, upgrades, and modifications. You will share knowledge with your teammates, collaborate with the experts in fellow Dev Teams, and provide top-quality solutions to complex problems. Since we plan a switch to Next-gen Animation Systems based on neural networks, the team expects a lot of curious tasks to work on.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• More than five years of experience as a Software Engineer;

• Keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills;

• Game mathematics proficiency;

• Expert knowledge of C++;

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 4/5;

• Familiarity with Gameplay Ability System is desirable;

• English level sufficient for understanding foreign studies in Computer Science and technical documentation;

• Passion for research.
