Product Owner

Aristocrat Interactive, a leading provider of technological solutions and platforms in the iGaming industry, is passionate about delivering cutting-edge products. • Contribute to business growth by delivering impactful products, features, and conversion rate improvements

• Own the full product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and performance analysis

• Ensure an excellent user experience across web, mobile, and backend platforms

• Analyze user behavior using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement

• Create and maintain detailed Product Requirement Documents and User Stories

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Payments, Customer Support, CRM, Design, and Analytics

• Conduct market and competitor research to inform product direction

• Support additional initiatives as part of the Platform Account Management (PAM) Product Team

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, or Project Manager in the online/software/FinTech/iGaming industry

• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies

• Proven analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into product improvements

• Experience working with or managing software delivery teams

• Familiarity with TFS, JIRA, or other Atlassian tools

• Strong understanding of UX principles (experience is an advantage)

• Background in the iGaming industry is a strong advantage

• Highly motivated, curious, proactive, and organized

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and collaborate across teams

• Skilled in building relationships and navigating stakeholder discussions
