На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Monitor daily activity on the trading platform to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation.

• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues in coordination with the white-label provider.

• Maintain real-time awareness of user flows, deposit/withdrawal status, and trading execution quality.

• Track performance metrics like uptime, latency, and error rates.

Product Liaison:

• Act as the main point of contact with the white-label solution provider.

• Coordinate feature requests, updates, bug reports, and roadmap planning.

• Test and validate new releases and ensure smooth rollout of platform changes.

• Maintain documentation for internal processes and platform features.

Cross-Team Coordination:

• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve platform-related issues.

• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to align operational workflows with campaigns and regulations.

• Provide regular feedback and insights on platform performance to leadership.

Compliance & Risk Awareness:

• Ensure operational workflows support KYC/AML compliance requirements.

• Assist in implementing risk management procedures in collaboration with relevant roles.
  

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Proven experience in operations or product management, preferably in fintech, trading, or crypto platforms.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Technical aptitude to understand trading platforms and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Familiarity with crypto exchanges, futures trading, and platform analytics.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks under pressure.

• High attention to detail and process orientation.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with white-label or SaaS platform providers.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in crypto.

• Basic knowledge of APIs and trading platform architecture.
