As a Game Designer in our team, you will shape unique and engaging gameplay experiences inspired by modern indie game trends. You’ll craft innovative mechanics, propose fresh ideas, and work closely with the team and clients to bring concepts to life, balancing creativity with playability through testing and iteration.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Creating concept documents and game design documents, working with R&D team on client proposals

• Propose engaging and creative gameplay features that will improve user experience and engagement

• Game balancing

• Ideation, feature design

• Communicating with clients

• Playtesting and design debugging

• Work directly with the team to ensure that the product is of the highest quality

Nice to have:

• Understanding of viral trends in games

• Mathematics / combinatorics background

• Practical experience with Unity and/or UE4

• Experience in level design

• Copywriting skills

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Understanding of modern indie games trends

• Understanding of different game genre mechanics, core gameplay and metagame

• Good writing skills and ability to describe thoughts in a structured but simple manner

• Passion for making and playing games

• Involvement in released games of any caliber and/or modding

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher including verbal
