Match-3 Producer (Clockmaker)

We are Belka Games. Our company is one of the 20 highest-grossing game developers in Europe according to data.ai, and our audience recently surpassed an important milestone of 110 million players. 

Our games are still growing, and so is our team. We’re looking for an experienced producer with a match-3 background to work on Clockmaker, our flagship project and one of the 15 highest-grossing match-3 games on the market according to AppMagic.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and implement your match-3 strategy in a leadership role

• Achieve KPIs within the framework of your unique match-3 strategy

• Create your own vision and experiment with match-3 levels and key features

• Analyze statistics pertaining to match-3 levels and features, draw conclusions from them, and find room for improvement

• Validate project plans and other documentation developed by the match-3 team

• Monitor trends in match-3 games and adjacent genres

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a producer/match-3 game designer lead

• A portfolio of successful match-3 projects

• Experience conducting experiments and A/B tests on match-3 levels

• Experience designing difficulty curves, level design documentation, and match-3 mechanics

• Deep understanding of match-3 level design and level mechanics

• Familiarity with the match-3 market and its trends; extensive media literacy

• Experience making decisions based on game-related statistics
