Volmi — A Virtuos Studio is an outsourcing company that specializes in game development and game content creation. Over the past 9 years, we have successfully completed over a thousand different projects and have gained considerable experience in creating 2D and 3D art, as well as developing turnkey games. Since 2022, we have been a part of Virtuos, the world’s leading game developer, and have become the first Virtuos studio in Eastern Europe.

In particular, we have contributed to the development of popular games such as Diablo 2: Resurrected, Metro Exodus, Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts 2, Smite, Paladins, Gwent: The Witcher Card Game, and Marvel Snap. Therefore our team creates high-end gaming content and games for various Mobile, PC, Console, and VR projects.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Design, prototype, and implement high-quality solitaire levels using proprietary level editors (and Unity);

• Define and maintain difficulty curves, pacing, and player progression to ensure long-term engagement;

• Work with game designers to integrate mechanics, boosters, obstacles, and features into levels;

• Analyze player data and feedback to improve level performance and retention;

• Maintain documentation of level structures, rules, and design patterns for team alignment;

• Support the delivery of seasonal content, LiveOps events, and special level challenges.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 4+ years of experience in level design for casual mobile games, ideally in solitaire or puzzle genres;

• Proven track record of designing levels in commercially released games;

• Strong grasp of solitaire mechanics (TriPeaks, Klondike variants, etc.) and puzzle pacing;

• Proficient with Unity or similar tools used to build and test level content;

• Data-informed approach with experience analyzing level completion, funnel metrics, and balancing;

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills;

• Creative thinker with a passion for casual mobile game experiences;

• Advanced level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working on games with event-based or seasonal content updates;

• Familiarity with mobile F2P systems, reward pacing, and in-game economy;

• Light scripting or configuration experience in Unity;

• A passion for solitaire and card-based games, with deep knowledge of Disney Solitaire, Solitaire TriPeaks, or similar titles;

• A portfolio of previous game projects.
