Lead Full-Stack Engineer

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

PP_Team implements web tools to automate the processes of working with content, game mechanics customization, player support and marketing. We cooperate with many departments of the project, but especially closely with Backend, DevArt, Content and Support teams. Our team has already successfully implemented a group of tasks that have taken away some of the manual labor and that are used in day-to-day work. But more is needed! :)

The main technology stack of our team is Python 3.x, Django, Vue.js, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes (k8s), GitLab CI, Docker.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering leadership roles, with comprehensive responsibility across the software development lifecycle;

• 2+ years of teach lead / leadership experience;

• Strong knowledge of Python and at least one other modern object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, Go);

• Deep understanding of distributed system architecture patterns;

• Proven ability to assess trade-offs between correctness, reliability, performance, and resource utilization;

• Familiarity with the needs and priorities of enterprise-level customers;

• Experience mentoring engineers and influencing decision-making at an organizational level;

• Strong knowledge sql database;

• Ability to consider end-user impact when making technical decisions;

• Experience in setting 1-1 processes and goal setting;

• Proactive approach.
