Responsibilities:
Project management – Oversee the 3D art pipeline and workflows.
Pipeline setup – Ensure efficient asset creation and integration.
Quality control – Maintain high artistic and technical standards.
Feedback & mentoring – Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
Requirements:
Strong artistic vision – Ability to assess composition, colors, and overall style.
Attention to detail – Maintain consistency and quality across assets.
Technical 3D expertise – Understanding of modular workflows, trim sheets, and multi-UV setups.
Team player – Comfortable leading and collaborating with artists and developers.
Project management experience – Ability to coordinate and streamline workflows.
Software Knowledge:
Blender (basic knowledge required) / Maya
Substance Painter & Designer
Unreal Engine 5 / Unity
Project management tools – ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
