Lead 3D Artist

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 350+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

This role focuses on enhancing 3D pipelines, fostering team growth, and optimizing technical workflows. In the Equipment Art Team, we create concept art and 3D models of kits, boots, gloves, balls, and emblems, while also improving the quality of existing content. Our goal is to enable players to choose equipment that resonates with them and fully immerse themselves in the world of UFL football.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the team of 3D artists: provide feedback, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with the Art Director’s vision. You will also guarantee that key assets meet internal technical standards.

• Creating key in-game equipment that would define quality standards for the whole team.

• Working with Unreal Engine: integrating content into UE and optimizing this process.

• Assessing and optimizing the pipeline of the 3D creation process to scale production, developing and implementing technical requirements.

• Collaborating with other teams: Animators, Material Artists, Technical Artists.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a Senior 3D Artist or Lead 3D Artist.

• Deep understanding of the inner processes of creating 3D game models and of preparing models for animation and skinning.

• Expert knowledge of any 3D software (3ds Max, Blender, Maya), ZBrush, Substance Painter; knowledge of PBR technologies and texturing.

• Experience with Marvelous Designer or similar tools for realistic fabric simulation.

• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.

• Excellent communication skills, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and be a proactive leader.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in sports simulation games or games in a realistic setting.

• Understanding of lighting principles in video games.

• Passion for football and football equipment.
