We are looking for a Junior Ad Monetization Manager to support and optimize our ad monetization strategies. На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Assist in Ad Monetization Strategy Development: Support the creation and implementation of ad monetization strategies tailored to different game genres, ensuring a balance between revenue growth and user experience.

• Analyze and Optimize Ad Performance: Monitor key ad monetization KPIs, gather insights from user behavior, and contribute to data-driven decision-making to enhance ad revenue.

• Collaborate with Ad Networks & Mediation Partners: Work with key ad partners to optimize fill rates, eCPMs, and overall ad performance.

• A/B Testing & Ad Mediation: Assist in conducting A/B tests for ad placements, formats, and mediation strategies to maximize ad revenue while maintaining player retention.

• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging ad monetization techniques to enhance our approach.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ad monetization, ad operations, or mobile gaming analytics.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for ad performance improvements.

• Understanding of Ad Monetization Models: Basic knowledge of rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and other in-game advertising strategies.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Passion for Gaming: Enthusiasm for mobile games and an understanding of different game genres and their ad monetization dynamics.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with ad mediation platforms: IronSource, MAX.

• Experience with waterfall and in-app bidding optimization.

• Knowledge of user data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA.
