📍 What to do

• Find YouTube/Twitch (and similar) influencers

• Negotiate video ad placements

• Communicate with bloggers

• Manage GEO campaign/platform launches

• Actively work on improving the effectiveness of the IM department (KPI ROAS, CAC)

• Participate in analyzing campaign performance

• Consult influencers on account strategy and audience growth

• Analyze results of launched campaigns, focusing on GEO and audience performance

• Improve team processes for better quality and efficiency

• Help organize and manage BAW projects

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• B2+ English proficiency (both spoken and written)

• 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing

• Experience in negotiations

• 2+ years of experience in marketing

• Understanding of Esports

• Knowledge of digital performance marketing strategies

• Experience with analytical tools

• Passion for CS2

• Experience running your own YouTube channel

• Understanding of SEO/SERM YouTube algorithms

• Fluent communication in Chinese/German/Spanish/French/Portuguese
