Game Producer

Right now, we're looking for an experienced Producer with a background in casual games (primarily Match-3).

We define a producer as a key person in the team who deals with the full range of product issues, from the game development strategy to the creation of specific features. • Creating a product strategy and implementing it in partnership with a co-producer on the project

• Achieving project KPIs through project metric management

• Creating visions for key features

• Validating the TOR and documentation that the development team creates

• Monitoring trends in your niche and related genres

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 3+ years of experience as a producer or a lead game designer

• Proven track record working on commercially successful casual games 

• Understanding of the casual mobile games market and its trends, good observation skills

• Experience making decisions based on game statistics analysis

• A big plus: Experience operating match-3 projects
