What you'll be doing:

Game Mechanics & Core Systems

• Design creative and engaging mechanics combining financial market simulation with gameplay.

• Build reward structures, player progression, and level systems that keep players engaged long-term.

• Maintain gameplay balance and fairness while ensuring high replayability.

Game Economy & Monetization

• Design and optimize in-game economic systems, virtual currencies, and incentive models.

• Create monetization mechanics including in-app purchases, challenges, and subscriptions.

• Collaborate with data analysts and developers to refine pricing and user behavior models.

User Engagement & Gamification

• Develop engagement strategies based on psychological principles to boost retention and LTV.

• Design leaderboards, achievements, daily missions, and competitive elements.

• Optimize onboarding, tutorials, and training systems for a smooth player experience.

Prototyping & Iterations

• Create prototypes and wireframes to test new game ideas.

• Use A/B testing and player feedback to improve mechanics.

• Work closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life.

Data-Driven Game Balancing

• Partner with analysts to monitor key engagement metrics.

• Adjust gameplay rules, difficulty, and reward systems based on player behavior.

• Identify issues and reduce churn through iterative improvements.

Ethical & Compliant Game Design

• Ensure the game meets legal requirements and responsible gaming standards.

• Collaborate with legal teams to stay aligned with iGaming and fintech regulations.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

Who we're looking for:

You — if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience as a Game Designer in a product team and experience with social casino games.

• Have deep understanding of game economies, virtual currencies, and monetization strategies.

• Have experience designing level systems, missions, achievements, and retention mechanics.

• Know how to analyze game metrics, user behavior, and retention patterns.

• Have experience building prototypes and scripts (any tool you prefer).

• Understand gamification principles and player psychology.

• Possess strong analytical thinking and data-driven game balancing skills.

• Have experience running feedback tests and implementing changes.

• Can formalize ideas into documentation, user stories, and GDDs.

• Have experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, designers).

• Understand the target audience and market well.

• Have English proficiency at upper-intermediate or higher.
