Game Designer (Middle/Senior)

We are currently looking for an experienced Game Designer (Middle/Senior) to join our team at Dynasti to create new MMORPG (Realistic, PC/Console) games with good quality and a good working environment.

As a Game Designer at Dynasti, you'll be instrumental in the creation of our MMORPG projects. These games are set in realistic worlds that come to life on the Unreal Engine platform, spanning across PC and console platforms.

The candidate should have a passion for online games and a deep understanding of MMORPG game mechanics. Your role will involve the development of gameplay systems, character balancing, quests, monsters, and other crucial gameplay elements. You will collaborate with artists, programmers, and other game designers to create an unforgettable gaming experience for our players.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and game features within the Unreal Engine environment.

• Collaborating with the team to ensure a high-quality gaming experience that fulfills player expectations.

• Create specifications and documentation for gameplay elements.

• Balancing characters, skills, and in-game items.

• Devising compelling quests and challenges for players.

• Creating intriguing monsters and foes that span diverse styles and difficulty levels.

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Game Designer.

• Experience with Unreal Engine and a deep understanding of its intricacies.

• Previous game development experience, especially in the MMORPG genre, is a plus.

• Solid grasp of game design fundamentals and MMORPG game experience.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

• Creativity, non-conventional thinking, and the ability to generate captivating content.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.

• The ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and coherently.
