Game Designer LiveOps

Hi! We’re Aya Games, a product-focused company developing a mobile open-world RPG with deep social mechanics.

Our project is a living digital city where players can build careers, acquire property, interact with others, earn money, and choose their own path — from law enforcement to street gang member.

We're looking for a Game Designer LiveOps to join our team.

What you'll be working on:

Offer Management in the Game:

• Designing, populating, and analyzing the effectiveness of offers

• Configuring offers in iOS/Android admin panels

• Daily monitoring of key monetization metrics and launching A/B tests and other experiments

• Optimizing pricing and content parameters based on analytics

Web Shop Operations:

• Collaborating with game designers to develop the web shop roadmap

• Creating and launching new web offers, promotions, and subscriptions

• Ensuring compliance with store policies (Apple, Google, payment providers) and local regulations

• Conducting competitive analysis of external F2P projects and e-commerce practices

Monetization Feature Development:

• Participating in concept development, writing monetization requirements and user stories

• Working with the economy: target metrics, balancing, forecasting impact on LTV

• Reviewing all game features for monetization integration opportunities

Ad Monetization:

• Developing advertising monetization strategy

• Setting up waterfalls/bidding

• Daily analysis of eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and other KPIs to optimize revenue

• Testing new formats, impression frequency, and placements without harming retention

• Interacting with ad networks, tracking compliance, and keeping up with technical platform updates

What we expect from you:

• 2+ years of experience in LiveOps/monetization for mobile F2P games

• Hands-on experience configuring offers on platforms

• Understanding of F2P economy, key KPIs, and the lifecycle of users and projects

• Experience planning and conducting A/B tests

• Understanding of player psychology and ability to calculate expected value
