Game Content Manager

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. Currently, there are 350+ of us spread over 4 regional offices in various locations across Europe or working from home (yes, we love it too). Strikerz Inc. is the force behind the UFL, the ongoing online football videogame revolution. Being fans, we aim at offering our players an unprecedented gaming experience available on all major platforms.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Organize and manage in-game store;

• In-game events setup;

• Maintain documentation for content workflows, release schedules, and feature dependencies;

• Communicate across teams (art, QA, engineering) to resolve content-related issues and blockers;

• Manage game configuration for development and production needs across multiple upcoming versions;

• Conduct quality checks to verify content aligns with design intentions and functions as intended.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Proven experience in content management within a game development environment (live ops or game production);

• Strong understanding of game design principles and content pipelines;

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines;

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and consistency in content delivery;

• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., scripting, data configuration, JSON/XML formats) is a plus;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working cross-functionally with design, art, QA, and engineering.
